Cheesy Lasagna Noodles!

Did you ever want a low carb Lasagna?

Follow directions and make your noodle sheets. (For Lasagna we recommend Avocado noodles they are softer and are in our opinion spot on!)

Cut them into lasagna strips after boiling. 

Add all your favorite lasagna ingredients (We recommend a whole tomato sauce.  Sauces that use tomato paste will have more carbs.)

 

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350 then remove the foil set your oven to a low broil.  Uncover the lasagna and move to the top shelf and bake for 10 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!
