Crunchy chips and the cheese stays in the dip!

Did you ever want zero net carb crunchy chips? Don't want baked chips? Eat UP!
Follow directions and make your noodle sheets.
Cut them into square pieces after boiling.
Put them in a freezer bag. You can layer them but single layers will freeze faster. Freeze until fully frozen. (We recommend overnight or several hours if single layered.)
Thaw and deep fry until they stop bubbling.
Follow the salad spinner blog post to remove excess oil.
Keep in a vacuum container or use oxygen packs in an airtight container until serving . This will keep your chips crunchy for much longer even without preservatives!
