Crunchy Crumb Coat you can fry or bake?

Make the noodles as usual cut into thin strips and freeze completely!

Bring a large skillet of oil to 350 degrees. We like Avocado because the smoke point is high with a mild flavor.  Just enough oil for them to float maybe 1/4 of an inch. (You can reuse the oil several times!)

Thaw and fry in oil until they no longer bubble.  Place paper towels in a salad spinner and put in the fried strips.  Really spin them good to remove excess grease!

When cool break up and put in a blender mix with 1/4 of a cup of grated parmesan and salt to taste or any other dry seasonings.  

To coat food, use an egg whitewash and roll in crumbs.  You may fry or bake!
